I am an independent content producer with 15 years of experience in writing, editing, photography, film-making and social media. The content I produce is supported by a strong conceptual and practical understanding of the travel and tourism industry, constant learning and development and a firm grasp of the basics of ethical, evidence-based story-telling, in an African context.

I have worked for South African Tourism, Facebook, the UK’s Department for International Development, Fair Trade Tourism, South African National Parks and magazines like British Airway’s Highlife Magazine, South African Airways’ Sawubona Magazine and Wild Magazine, along with various other print and online publications.

I have also written website copy for a number of smaller clients with lodges or travel-related businesses. I am based in Hoedspruit in Limpopo and am a full member of the Southern African Freelancers’ Association.
